Evidence-based psychological counselling for people who want to understand themselves better, develop new perspectives and create lasting change.
When experiences begin to make sense, feelings find their place and new perspectives emerge, something starts to move. This is exactly the space I want to create.
Many behaviours that burden us today once served a purpose. No behaviour arises by chance — what feels limiting now was often a helpful strategy once. Together we explore these connections, not to dwell in the past, but to develop new options for the present.
Because those who understand why something came to be can consciously decide how to move forward.
Perhaps you recognise yourself: recurring patterns, a personal crisis, a longing for clarity — or a relationship where understanding and connection should grow again.
There are times when we no longer quite understand ourselves. Together we make sense of experiences, thoughts and feelings — so new perspectives and lasting change can emerge.
Process & fees →When closeness fades or the same conflicts keep returning. The goal is not to assign blame — but to develop a deeper understanding of each other.
Process & fees →Behind challenging behaviour there is always a story waiting to be understood. A protected space where children can express themselves in their own way. (Ages 8–17)
Process & fees →From early on I was fascinated by how our brain works and why people think, feel and act the way they do. During my first profession as a pharmacy assistant, I realised something decisive: often it is not the medication alone that heals — but the relationship with someone who listens, understands and takes you seriously.
Today I combine my passion for scientific psychology with deep curiosity about people. I am fascinated by how complex we are — and how understandable much becomes once we begin to recognise connections.
Alongside counselling, I work in research on artificial intelligence and human resource management. Connecting science, human behaviour and practical application also shapes my work with people.
I work on a scientific basis and combine different psychological approaches — always guided by your concerns, resources and goals.
People never live detached from their environment. Instead of viewing problems in isolation, we look at the connections and dynamics that shape our experience.
Modern psychology provides evidence-based methods — Buddhist psychology broadens the view with awareness, mindfulness and human experience. The two complement each other in a special way.
My couples work follows the principles of the Gottman Method (training in progress) — an approach based on decades of relationship research that strengthens communication, connection and understanding.
Some feelings are hard to put into words. By shaping inner images, themes become visible that remain hidden in language alone. I am currently completing Sandplay training according to Barbara A. Turner.
I recognise connections and help you make sense of complex issues.
A trusting, authentic relationship is the foundation. I meet you openly and without premature judgement.
I work goal-oriented and transparently — providing direction without losing the moment.

We get to know each other, discuss your concern and clarify together what goals you pursue and what working together could look like.
Further sessions follow your needs, goals and possibilities — in Rieden, Frauenfeld or online.

By phone or in person. You tell me what concerns your child — without the child needing to be present. Working with parents matters, while I also respect the child's protected space.
Your child gets to know me at their own pace — without pressure. Most importantly: they should feel at ease.
Not all feelings can be put into words. I work with Sandplay and creative methods that allow children to express themselves in their own way.

This is individual — some concerns resolve within a few sessions, others need more time. There is no fixed programme. We regularly discuss together how to proceed.
Yes. As a psychologist and FSP member, I am bound by professional confidentiality. This also applies to children: I discuss with the child what is shared with parents — trust is the foundation of all work.
